Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
We personally pack and ship every order with care. Please allow us 2-3 business days to get your order ready to go. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your sunglasses are on their way!

USA Domestic Shipping 
We offer a flat shipping rate of [5usd] on all domestic orders. Orders are typically delivered within [e.g., 3-5 business days] after they have been shipped.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please email us for inquiries. 

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your new sunglasses! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your sunglasses must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email us at contact@henleysmith.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note:
 * You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 * We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged items, please include a photo in your email. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
